Date: January 18, 2024 at noon (ET)

Location: Online

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) has a new Data Management and Sharing (DMS) Policy that went into effect on January 25, 2023 and affects nearly all NIH grant applicants.

In this interactive, Zoom-based webinar, University of Rochester data librarians Heather Owen and Ehsan Moghadam will review the policy and then review and critique sample plans. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions about any DMS plans you’re working on and share information with other attendees.

For more foundational information on DMS plans consider attending the webinar Maximize Your Research Impact: Writing Your NIH Data Management and Sharing Plan (Jan 12 at 1 PM) offered by the same Data Services team.

The session is open to anyone interested in deepening their understanding of DMS policy and receiving feedback on their plans. Please register to receive the Zoom link.
